Before & after

See how editing strengthens your statement.

Clearer wording. Specific examples. Your voice preserved.

Before

“I have always been passionate about biology. I am hardworking and have good problem-solving skills.”

A broad claim gives the reader little evidence.

What changed: A broad claim became a specific example with reflection.

Illustrative example, not a client statement. The project details and reflection in the edited version come from the fictional applicant’s supporting notes.

What should I send?

Your application prompt, institution and programme, word or character limit, deadline with timezone, and background notes. For editing, have your existing draft ready. A CV can provide helpful context.

Your quote confirms the number of included revision rounds, their scope and the review period before payment. Changes to the original prompt, a new programme or an additional statement may require a separate quote.

Can you help with a statement of purpose?

Yes—share the programme’s exact requirements so we can confirm the scope. See our personal statement versus statement of purpose guide to understand the difference.

Can you guarantee admission?

No. We help improve the statement’s clarity and presentation; institutions assess the complete application and make their own decisions.
